Access and accounts
Some features require a verified Google account or a private access link, password, order token, or session. You are responsible for activity through credentials or access links under your control and must report suspected compromise promptly. Do not share private prototype or order-recovery access with unauthorized people.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity. Do not probe or bypass security, impersonate others, submit malware, overwhelm the service, scrape at a disruptive rate, manipulate analytics or advertising, automate abusive requests, or interfere with another user.
Comments and submitted material
Comments and other submissions must be relevant, lawful, respectful, and content you have the right to provide. They may be screened by automated moderation and reviewed by staff. Content may be held, edited by its author, rejected, or removed when it violates these rules, creates risk, or is required by law.
You retain ownership of your submission and grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to store, moderate, display, format, and distribute it as needed to operate the feature.
Protected prototypes and confidential material
Client prototypes are private demonstrations, not public production systems. Access is personal to the intended client or authorized reviewer. Recording, copying, redistributing, reverse engineering, credential sharing, or using confidential prototype material outside the evaluation purpose is prohibited unless written permission says otherwise.
Intellectual property and linking
Unless stated otherwise, site text, designs, images, code, branding, downloads, and demonstrations are protected. Normal browsing and sharing public links are allowed. Substantial reproduction, framing, resale, dataset creation, model training, or commercial exploitation requires prior permission or another valid legal basis.
Third parties, advertising, and referrals
The services may link to or use third-party hosting, identity, analytics, advertising, payment, email, AI, and social platforms. Those providers control their own services and terms.
Advertising and affiliate links may support the service. Do not create invalid ad interactions or manipulate referral attribution. A link or advertisement is not an endorsement unless explicitly stated.
Availability and enforcement
Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons. No uninterrupted availability is promised.
The operator may restrict access, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, or cooperate with providers and authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect the service and its users.
