This project showcases how residential design concepts move seamlessly from initial floor plan layouts to immersive 3D renderings using SketchUp and advanced visualization techniques. The challenge

Floor plans communicate dimensions but often leave scale, circulation, materials, and atmosphere difficult to judge. The study needed to translate two-dimensional planning into spaces that could be reviewed before construction.

Approach and key decisions

I developed the concepts from spatial organization and circulation, built detailed SketchUp models, and refined materials, lighting, and viewpoints through rendering. Each stage makes design decisions visible earlier and creates a clearer basis for review.

Demonstrated capability

The study demonstrates an end-to-end visualization workflow from planning to rendered interiors and exteriors. The images support early design understanding; any construction-cost or client-decision benefit described is an expected benefit, not a measured project result.
